Terms of service	DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE www.aircoolertechnology.com (the Site) currently provides users with a limited, term, revocable license to access a business portal offering value-added services that leverages the Internet. 'S LIABILITY SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE MONIES PAID DIRECTLY TO LTRAC IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE WITHIN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM. NOTICE Notices to you may be made via either email or regular mail. Heat Transfer Technology Inc may also provide notices of changes to the Terms or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the Service PUBLICITY You grant to Heat Transfer Technology Inc the right to issue press releases listing you as a customer of the Service and to display your logo on Heat Transfer Technology Inc’s customer list and websites. OWNERSHIP The Site and all intellectual property rights included in or related to the Site (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and service marks), are owned or licensed by Heat Transfer Technology Inc, and all right, title and interest in the Site and the intellectual property rights remain the property of Heat Transfer Technology Inc. You may not, and these Terms do not give you permission to, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works with respect to the Site. User agrees that Heat Transfer Technology Inc will continue to own all intellectual property and data that is accessed through the www.aircoolertechnology.com website. User will be granted access to the data they subscribe to and will continue to have access to that data as long as they are current on their subscription payments. Access to the data will be through the www.aircoolertechnology.com website and can only be used in the confines of that application If User decides to not renew the subscription at the end of the designated period, they agree to stop using all the data immediately. GENERAL INFORMATION The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Heat Transfer Technology Inc and govern your use of the Service, unless an expressed written agreement has been executed between Heat Transfer Technology Inc and your company in which case the executed agreement between your company and Heat Transfer Technology Inc would apply to the extent there is a conflict between the Terms and said agreement. The failure of Heat Transfer Technology Inc to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
