If you are not logged in, when you click on the "click" button, you will be asked to log in.  Input your Username and Password.  If you are a first time user, you can register at this time.

After logging in, you will be taken to a screen which is a list of the RFQ's you have created.  These are stored in a private, secure folder that only the author has permission to see.

There are two items you may click.  The first we will discuss is the "number of bidders".  This number reflects the number of bidders which are presently allowed to view and respond to this particular RFQ. You may click on the number and drill down to get detailed information as to who has received the request for quotation.  This information includes supplier company name, email address, and telephone number.

If you wish to add suppliers to the RFQ list, all you have to do is click on the RFQ number and you will see a list of every air cooler manufacturer in the United States. Click on the check box next to the suppliers desired, and they will receive an email with a link giving them access to a limited view of the RFQ as well as the ability to post a response.
